Shipping and Delivery Policy
SetupGear offers standard shipping within South Africa. Delivery availability depends on the item, supplier and delivery address accepted at checkout.
Shipping costs
- Orders below R1,000: R100 standard shipping.
- Orders of R1,000 or more: free standard shipping.
The qualifying order total, available shipping option and final charge are shown at checkout before payment.
Delivery estimates
Supplier delivery times vary by product, supplier, processing time and destination. Standard delivery is estimated at 7–12 days, but actual timing can vary by product, supplier, processing time and destination. This estimate is not guaranteed; check the product page and delivery options shown at checkout.
The standard shipping fee is a flat shipping charge only. It does not purchase faster delivery or shorten the supplier's delivery time. SetupGear does not currently offer an expedited shipping option through these suppliers.
Order processing and tracking
Orders may be fulfilled through third-party suppliers or fulfilment partners. Dispatch timing and tracking availability depend on the item and supplier. We will share tracking details when they are made available to us.
Delays and unavailable items
Transit may be affected by supplier processing, carrier operations, weather or other events outside our control. If we are unable to fulfil an accepted order, we will contact you and handle cancellation or refunds in accordance with applicable law.
